Matthew Brunner's Profile

Matt grew up spending many summers in Avalon and Stone Harbor with his family. He attended Temple University to pursue a degree in Finance and Insurance and in 2009, he graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Business Administration. After receiving his degree, he entered the investment world in Philadelphia working in both personal finance as well as real estate investing. Matt worked as a wholesaler for a Real Estate company that invested primarily in Apartments. After 4 years, he had the number one territory in sales and also lead the company in acquiring new clients.

 

After developing a strong background in both sales and Real Estate, he decided to fulfill his dream of helping people find their shore homes to create the same memories that he was lucky enough to have on 7 Mile Island. Matt is committed to helping sellers get top dollar for their homes in a short period of time. He is also dedicated to helping people buy their vacation or investment home. Matt will work endlessly until he is able to help achieve his client’s goals. He is a student of the real estate market and stays up to date with the changes in zoning and building laws. Matt is a member of the Cape May County Association of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
